含损伤复合材料夹层板剩余压缩强度数值分析

摘    要:综述了作者在含损伤复合材料夹层板剩余压缩强度的研究方面所取得的一些近期进展。(1)基于“Zig-Zag”模型和Mindlin一阶剪切变形板理论,推导了复合材料夹层板线性和非线性屈曲分析的有限元列式;(2)推导了材料性质与温度有关的复合材料夹层板增量求解形式的有限元列式;(3)针对具有面板和芯体间界面开裂和纤维增强树脂基体微裂纹损伤的夹层板损伤特征,分别提出了分层模型和多标量损伤模型,并推导了多标量形式的损伤本构关系;(4)建立了考虑桥联影响的具有表板与芯体开裂损伤的复合材料夹层板屈曲分析有限元列式;(5)以整体-局部变分原理为基础,提出了复合材料夹层板后屈曲分析的有限元分析方法,研究了含表板/芯体开裂损伤的复合材料夹层板的后屈曲路径,以典型结构为例,讨论了表板铺设方向,开裂面积大小,桥联刚度和结构边界支撑对含损复合材料夹层板的前后屈曲性态的影响。

Numerical analysis of residual compressive strength of damaged composite sandwich plates

Abstract:A summarization of some recent developments achieved by authors related with the residual compressive strength of composite sandwich plate containing an interfacial debonding and/or matrix cracking is presented in this paper. The main contents are shown as follows: (1) Proposing a linear and nonlinear buckling finite element method of the composite sandwich plates based on the Zig Zag deformation model and the first order shear effect laminated plate theory. (2) Deduced an incremental element formulation of the composite sandwich plates, in which the temperature dependent thermal and mechanical properties of composite are considered. (3) Established a delamination model and a multi scalar damage constitutive model for dealing with the interfacial debonding and/or matrix cracking respectively. (4) Developed a buckling finite element method considering the interfacial bridging effect between the faces and core. (5) Provided a modified nonlinear finite element analysis method on the basis of global local variation principle to study the postbuckling paths of composite sandwich plates containing face/core debonding. Taking some typical structures as examples, the influences of face ply angles, debonding size, bridging stiffness and boundary conditions upon pre postbuckling behavior of the damaged composite sandwich plates are investigated.
