砂浆渗浇钢纤维砼轴拉应力-应变全曲线的试验研究

摘    要:进行了12根砂浆渗浇钢纤维砼(Slurry-InfiltratedFiberConcreteSIFCON)试件和3个不含钢纤维的对比试件的单调轴向拉伸应力-应变全曲线的试验.证明了国产钢纤维所配制的SIFCON具有很高的抗拉性能.根据实验结果推导了应力-应变各项参数的经验公式和应力-应变全曲线的表达式,可供工程应用参考

Abstract:specimens of SIFCON and 3 specimens of concrete without steel fiber for compression have been tested under monotonous axial tension and the stress strain curves of the specimens have been plotted. Test results show that: the SIFCON with home made steel fiber possesses high tensile performance. Some experimental factors for stress and strain and equations of the tensile stress strain curves of SIFCON are given, which can be used for references in construction.
