摘    要:借助X射线及电子探针等分析手段,对旋转磁场作用下高硅铸铁合金 Fe-20%Si-0.8%C的定向凝固组织特性进行了研究。结果表明,先结晶的少 量细小石墨几乎全部分离到试棒的外表面,形成2mm的富集层,而大量的 SI则形成铁硅相,且有新相FeSi2生成。

Abstract:The solidification characteristics of the Fe-20% Si-0. 8% C alloy under electromagnetic stirring are studied by means of the X-ray diffractometer and the electron probe. It is shown that almost all the fine graphite particles precrystalized from the liquid are transferred to the surface of the sample and formed a 2mm G-rich layer while the large amount of silicon exists in the form of Fe-Si phases including the new phase FeSi2.
