摘    要:制备了用于丁烷氧化脱氢制丁二稀的V Mg O催化剂 .m(V2 O5) / m(MgO)、催化剂焙烧温度对转化率和选择性有较大的影响 ,2 4 V Mg O催化剂具有较高的活性和C4 (C4 H8和C4 H6)选择性 ,当反应温度为 873K、原料气组成为n (C4 H10 ) /n (O2 ) /n (N2 ) =4/ 8/ 88时 ,收率达到 32 % .降低原料气中氧气分压 ,可以提高C4 选择性 ,但转化率降低 ;升高反应温度 ,可以提高转化率和收率

Abstract:Vanadium\|magnesium oxide(V\|Mg\|O)catalysts used for the production of butadiene from butane via oxidative dehydrogenation were made. m (V 2O 5)/ m (MgO) and catalysts calcination temperature had large effects on conversion and selectivity. 24\|V\|Mg\|O catalyst showed high activity and high selectivity for butene and butadiene while the reaction temperature was 873 K and the feed ratio n (C 4H 10 )/ n (O 2)/ n (N 2) was 4/8/88, yield of C 4 of 32% was obtained. When oxygen partial pressure decreased, the selectivity of C 4 increased; but conversion decreased. When the reaction temperature increased, the conversion and yield increased.
