摘    要:通过切削奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的试验,借助扫描电镜、电子探针仪观察了两种涂层硬质合金刀具磨损形态、断口形貌,对磨损微区、刀具断口进行了能谱及成分分析.试验及分析结果表明:采用相同切削参数时,GC2025刀具的切削力比YBC251刀具小;GC2025刀具寿命显著高于YBC251刀具;YBC251刀具的磨损、破损...

Abstract:In the experiment,two different kinds of coated cemented carbide tools were used to cut austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti;tool wear modalities and fracture surfaces were observed by means of SEM and EPMA;chemical composition of the abrasion area and fracture surfaces were analyzed.Using the same cutting parameters,as the results indicated,the cutting force of GC2025 is smaller than that of YBC251;the tool life of GC2025 exceeds that of the latter,of which abrasion and breakage are obvious and oxidative ...
