小模数齿轮齿距误差的CNC测量技术

摘    要:模数0.07~0.2 mm的小模数齿轮测量在国内外是一个空白。在对其特     点及测量难点进行分析的基础上,探讨了一种小模数齿轮齿距CNC自动测      量系统,应用绝对法测量原理及切向对正技术。对测量原理、控制方法、测量      精度等进行了分析。经实测验证,证明了其原理的正确性及系统的可行性,可      以完成模数m≥0.07~0.2 mm齿轮齿距的测量。

Abstract:The measurement of fine module gears (the module ranges of 0.07 mm to 0. 2 mm) is a gap without being filled up at home and abroad. This paper approaches a CNC measuring system for pitch of fine module gears, and applies absolute measuring principle and tangent alignment tech- nique to the system on the basis of analyzing the features of fine module gears and the challenges of the measurement. The measuring principle, the control method and precision are analyzed in the paper. The correctness in principle and feasibility of the system are proved by taking real-time measurement for verification.
