一种新型齿轮倒角铣刀的研制

为了对数控机床中换档齿轮实现倒角加工，研制了一种新型齿轮倒角铣刀，通过研究倒角铣刀设计的数学模型，给出了整套设计公式，并利用Ａｕｔｏ ＣＡＤ软件实现了此类刀具的ＣＡＤ。设计制造的新型倒角铣刀经工厂使用，加工出的齿轮倒角符合图纸的有关要求，满足了生产需要。

Study of a new type of gear chamfer milling cutter

In order to chamfer the change gears of the NC machine tools,a new type of gearchamfer milling cutter is studied.By building up the mathematical model,the design methed ofthe gear chamfer milling cutter is presented.The CAD of this cutter is finished by using of theAuto CAD package on microcomputer. By using this cutter in practice,the gear chamfersmeeting the demands of the working drawing have been made out.
