| 摘 要： | 村民自治制度和政治文化之间有着紧密的相辅相成的关系.参与型政治文化的构建需要村民自治制度的真正落实,村民自治制度的顺利实施并取得很好的政治效能也需要村民有参与型政治文化作支撑.在我国发展村民自治的过程中,不仅要完善具体制度,还应努力构建参与型政治文化.
