| Abstract: | On the basis of the four requisites to constitute a crime, combining the links of punishment fitting the crime in the judicial work, this article researches the great significance of the accurate punishment so as to prevent or restrict the judge to put one into prison subjectively or casually in actual life, and then provides a more objective criterion for the accurate punishment. |
