论高校劳动力培养与社会需求的脱节何以可能——来自马克思劳动力商品“惊险跳跃”理论的启示

劳动力这种商品与一般的商品相比，具有自己的特殊性：它的真实价值只有在其使用的过程中即劳动中才能体现出来。高校的教育过分注重教学任务的完成和教学体系的完整性，在很大程度上忽视了市场的需要，不能够伴随着市场需要的改变而做出调整，这样势必造成高校劳动力培养和社会需求的脱节。运用马克思《资本论》中劳动价值和商品的观点分析高校劳动力培养与社会需求脱节的问题。

Potential Gaps between College Cultivation for Workforce and Social Requirements: Inspirations from Marx' s Theory of "Breathtaking Saltation"

Compared with other general commodities, labor has its own particularities： Its true value can only be reflected in the process of being used. College education attaches too much importance on the completion of teaching tasks and the integrity of teaching systems. However, to a large extent, it ignores the needs of the market. If college education does not make some adjustments according to the demands of the market, of course it will cause a gap between the cultivation of worldbrce in colleges and social needs. The problem of the gap is analyzed according to the view of commodities and the value of labor in Marx＇s Das Kapital in this paper.
