摘    要:在现代市场条件下,企业发展更加依赖核心竞争力的构建,而企业文化则对企业竞争力起着凝聚、导向、激励、约束、塑造形象等重要作用。要提高核心竞争力,现代企业须以价值观为核心,以培养人才、造就优秀职工队伍为目的,营造以人为本、创新为本的企业文化。

Abstract:In modern market conditions,business development depends more on the construction of core competitiveness,and corporate culture plays an important role of cohesion,orientation,incentive,restraint,image shaping in the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper points out that to enhance the core competitiveness,the modern enterprise must take the values as the core,nurture of talents,creating outstanding workforce as the purpose,so as to create a people-oriented,innovation-oriented corporate culture.
