高校信息素养教育机制再设计的必要性及其筹划

信息素养是现代教育的必然要求和重要特征,包括信息有意识和运用、创造、应用信息的能力。实证研究表明,我国高校学生信息素养还有很大的提升空间。因此,应在借鉴国外高校信息素养教育模型的基础上,结合自身实际情况,有针对性地开展教师队伍培训、课程设置、教材编排、教学方式和信息环境等方面的筹划,进而实现信息素养教育机制再设计,以适应培养创新型人才的时代需要。
