| 摘 要： | 夸美纽斯的教学艺术思想十分丰富。其教学艺术主要分为教学过程的艺术和教学组织与管理的艺术两大方面；其教学艺术可以归纳为直观性、便易性、彻底性三大特点；再教学艺术具有优化教学、提高教学效率和实现整体培养人的功能。
