川西北高山高原区土地开发整理补充耕地质量等级评价——以康定县新都桥镇土地整理项目为例

土地开发整理补充耕地质量等级是实现耕地占补平衡的基础.通过选择川西北高山高原区典型土地整理项目,运用层次分析法确定了补充耕地质量评价指标体系,并对补充耕地质量等级进行了模糊综合评价.结果表明,项目区补充耕地普遍属于＂良好＂等级,但不同坡度级之间耕地质量有明显差异,土地质量随坡度的增大而降低.

Grade Assessment on Farming Land Quality on Mountain or Plateau in Sichuan Northwest: Land Arrangement Project of Xinduqiao Village in Kangding County as a Case

Grade Assessment on Farming Land Quality is a basis of balance between lands occupied and complemented.The typical project of land arrangement on mountain or plateau in Sichuan northwest is chosen and the quality grade of complementary farming land is assessed vaguely by the way of level analysis which defines the index system of quality assessment of complementary land.The result shows that the complementary land in project area is generally Grade ＂A＂,but the farming land is obviously different between slops and the land quality decreases with slope higher,in addition,compared with the land around the one of the project area,the quality of 85% complementary land is only equivalent to the one of the Middle field or even lower.
