| 摘 要： | 因人民内部矛盾引发的群体性事件已成为影响达州市社会稳定的突出问题。在分析达州市发生群体性事件的概况及成因、总结达州市防范和处置群体性事件的经验教训的基础上,结合达州实际情况有针对性的提出了预防和处置群体性事件的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The mass incidents caused by the contradictions among the people have heavily influenced the stability in Dazhou.The suggestions in preventing and treating these incidents have been put forward after the analysis of their general features and causes and the lessons. |
