农民非制度化利益表达成因探析

当前我国农民利益表达具有明显的被迫维权性质,表达行动一开始就有走向非制度化的潜在危险,农民相对剥夺感的增强和表达行动的个体化更加剧了这种张力;制度化表达的无效性是农民走向非制度化利益表达的直接动因;非制度化表达的"相对有效性"是农民非制度化利益表达行动的信念基础,正是以上原因导致了大量农民非制度化利益表达事件.

Causes of Non-institutionalized Interests Expression for the Farmers

In China,the farmers' interests expression appertains essentially to the passive one to protect their rights and interest.The potential danger exists in the action of expression with a non-institutionalized trend at the beginning,and the increasing feeling of farmers' mutual deprivation and the individualization of interests expression exacerbate this sort of tension;the invalidity of institutionalized expression is the direct reason for the farmers tending to non-institutionalized interests expression;the relative efficiency of non-institutionalized expression is the psychological basis for the farmers proceeding non-institutionalized expression.This paper points out the reasons mentioned above result in the matter of non-institutionalized interests expression for many farmers.
