康巴藏区幼儿教育的困境及突破

摘    要:通过调查发现,目前藏区幼儿教育还存在三个突出的问题:一是绝大多数农牧区无幼儿园;二是汉藏双语教育严重缺失;三是幼儿教育缺乏民族特色。对此,应在农牧区加快建立平民化的实用型幼儿园,实施"沉浸式"的汉藏双语教育,开发多元化与本土化共生的幼儿园课程,以加快推动藏区助教事业的发展。
