从民商事案件审判看基层法院司法效率之提高

在最高人民法院三个改革纲要指导下，各地法院以提高审判效率作为重要的价值目标，在内部进行了一系列改革和探索，取得了一定的成效。但目前仍存在诸多制约司法效率提高的因素，有待通过合法合理的过渡设计来进一步推动改革，尽早实现“公正与效率”这一人民法院的工作主题。

For a Better Judicial Efficiency of Grass-root Court in the Judgment of Civil and Commercial Case

With the guidance of three reform programs of the Supreme Court,all the courts have carried out a series of reform and exploration to improve the efficiency of the judgment and achieved some results.But at present,there are many questions on improving judicial efficiency to solve by legal and rational design in order to realize the work theme of justice and efficiency early.
