关于我国高等教育办学自主权的思考

扩大高等学校办学自主权是高等教育法赋予高校的基本权利,但在招生自主、专业设置、教学管理、财务自主及国际学术交流等方面的自主权并没有完全落实.扩大我国高等教育办学自主权是现代社会发展的客观要求,要采取切实有效的措施,落实高等教育法对高校办学自主权的若干规定.

Reflections upon the Decision-making Power of Higher Education in School-running

To enlarge the decision-making power of higher education in school-running is one fundamental right of university endowed by the Higher education Law but some powers are still not fulfilled in some aspects such as enrollment, major placement, teaching management, financial affair and international academic exchange.It is objective requirement of current social development, so feasible and effective measures should be taken and some formulation should be carried out concerning the decision-making power in school running.
