| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义民主政治，建设社会主义政治文明，坚持走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路，是贯彻落实科学发展观，推进社会主义和谐社会建设的重要内容和奋斗目标。中国特色社会主义政治发展道路，是历史和人民的选择。中国特色社会主义民主政治，具有鲜明的特点和突出的优势。适应经济社会发展不断深化和人民政治参与积极性不断提高的要求，必须坚定不移地把政治体制改革推向前进。
