| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我们党对社会主义现代化建设指导思想的新发展,政府改革离不开科学发展观的正确指导.政府再造就是要根据政治、经济和社会的发展改造政府的运作方式,创建服务型政府.首先论述了科学发展观对创建服务型政府的要求,并对服务型政府进行了较深入的分析,最后提出了创建服务型政府的路径和方法.

| Abstract: | Scientific development view is the new advance of the guiding thought of socialist modernization construction of CPC and without it government reform has no definite direction.Government reconstruction is to transform operation mode for the development of politics,economics and society,and to establish the service-typed government.This paper discusses scientific development view's demand for the service-typed government establishment,deeply analyzes this type of government and puts forward a certain approach. |
