| Abstract: | Academic certificate from the electronic registration system was defined in 2001.The National Education Ministry documented that since 2002 the electronic photos of graduates must be put on the Internet with enrolled academic certificates.If VFP is adopted,the image-link efficiency of electric registration and the accuracy of data are better. |
