| 摘 要： | 培育大学生公民意识是落实社会主义精神文明建设根本任务的需要,是完善社会主义市场经济的需要,是建设社会主义和谐社会的需要。大学生公民意识受历史传统、全球化进程和教育失衡等诸多因素的影响,从总体上看还相对薄弱。要增强大学生公民意识培育的有效性,社会、高校需创设环境,有力推动;大学生需主观能动,自我打磨。
