| Abstract: | To fully exert the role of university ideological propaganda work in constructing the harmonious campus, the inner and outside challenges which it is nowadays confronting and its existing issues must be firstly analyzed in detail. And then based on those to conform to the demand of harmonious campus construction, the functions of university ideological propaganda work can be effectively exerted such as thought leading, spiritual encouragement, consensus guide, moral domestication, cultural molding. Meanwhile, in the course of harmonious campus construction, ideological propaganda work can be promoted further in its conceptual innovation, content innovation, approach innovation and systematic innovation. |
