| Abstract: | The anticipation of possibility is the key element of the theory of standard responsibility. In this article, the nature of anticipation of possibility is induced from the relationship between anticipation of possibility and the theory of standard responsibility, psychological elements(intention or negligence)and the ground for elimination of liability. |
