| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析等方法,对达州市安仁镇的民间舞龙——板凳龙进行了深入研究.发现板凳龙超越了民族传统体育自身固有的文化价值:它记载了“湖广填川”的历史瞬间；记录了“楚”、“巴”文化融合的历史过程;展示了地方特色体育项目的非凡内涵；彰显了中华民族不屈不挠的奋斗精神.这项优秀的民族体育项目其价值在文化大繁荣、大发展的今天还需继续深入发掘.

| Abstract: | As one of folk dragon dance in Dazhou, the bench dragon dance from Anren is studied with the literature document, investigation and logical analysis. The bench dragon dance was beyond the National sports inherent cultural value： It records the information of Immigration from Hu and Guang to Siehuan, the culture fusion of ＂ehu＂ and ＂ba＂ culture, which embodies the value of the local special sports and reveals the Chinese indomitable struggle spirit. The sports needs to explore further in the prosperity of culture toady. |
