| 摘 要： | 德钦县旅游业的发展具有得天独厚的条件，但是由于种种原因旅游业发展迟缓。世纪之交，中央提出了西部大开发的战略决策。德钦县应抓住这一历史机遇，立足资源优势，突出区域特色，充分利用相关的配置资源，走开放、有序、持续之路，提高旅游地的综合接待能力，促进德钦旅游业的发展。
