| 摘 要： | 用遗传转化的方法对梨进行遗传改良和用分子生物学的方法研究梨的遗传性状是当今梨科研的热点,基因型、抗菌肽的活性与稳定性、农杆菌的侵染力等是影响梨遗传转化的重要因素．DNA的提取方法决定DNA的数量和质量，直接影响分子生物学方法在梨中的应用和应用结果．本文综合有关文献综述了国内外梨遗传转化和遗传标记研究所取得的进展，并结合存在的问题对今后的工作重点提出了几点建议．

| Abstract: | Significant progress of the genetic transformation and molecular markers in pears has been made in the past decades. The advances in pear genetic transformation and molecular markers, including genes transformed into pears, the factors affecting genetic transformation, extraction of DNA, varieties identification and classification, species evolution were systematically reviewed. Some suggestions for future research were also indicated. |
