四川社鼠、针毛鼠及社鼠亚种间的比较探讨

在经典分类学中，社鼠和针毛鼠分类地位一直不是很明确，外形及头骨的形态差异微小，有关社鼠亚种的分类问题争论较多．基于在四川采集的标本，通过单因素方差分析和多变量分析，发现社鼠与针毛鼠主要在体长、腭后长及上颊齿等量度区别较明显；利用多变量分析和多因变量方差分析对社鼠的3个亚种处理，结果显示：社鼠亚种问的鉴别特征主要在于颧板宽、听泡长、下齿列等．

Disscussion about Classification of N. confucianus, N. fulvescens and the subspecies of N. confucianus

This paper is designed to disscuss the systematic problems of N. confucianus and N. fulvescens. In addition, this paper reports the result of our taxonomic study on N.c.yushuensis, N.c. confucianus and N.c. sacer collected in Sichuan. 28 selected cranial and dental variables among samples from Institute of Rare and Precious Animals and Plants,China West Normal University were analyzd to assess the difference between N. confucianus and N.fulvescens. The discriminant analysis shows that all samples are correctly classified in N. confucianus and N. fulvescens. An unvariate analysis demonstrates that N. confucianus and N. fulvescens had significant difference in body length (F=5.213, P=0.024) ,length of first upper molar (F=22.485 P<0.001) ,length of first lower molar (F=31.780, P<0.001 ) and length of second upper molar (F=12.973P<0.001) .In the subspecies of N. confucianus, 115 individuals with complete skull have been used for multivariate analyses and multi-dependent variable analyses. The principal component analysis does not clearly give out three groups, but the results of the discriminant analysis give out three groups, multi-dependent variable analysis shows that N.c.yushuensis, N.c. confucianus and N.c. sacer have significant difference in crown length of lower molar row ((F= 12.725, P<0.001)), lengh of palatal bridge (F=10.653, P<0.001 ) ,length of auditory bulla (F=6.614, P=0.004) and breadth ofzygomaic plate (F=6.671, P=0.004) .
