| 摘 要： | 用透射电镜对泰和鸡肾脏的超微结构作了初步观察.结果表明:中央细胞团细胞小而捧列紧密,并发出细胞质突起成群聚集在细胞团的边缘,有的突起群与毛细血管相接触.近曲小管和远曲小管在结构上有明显差异.小叶周集合小管的细胞质内具电子致密颗粒.

| Abstract: | The ultrastructure of the kidney in Taihe fowl was preliminarily observed with transmission elec- tron microscopy.The results showed that the cells of central cell mass(MCM),which were small and crowded,had many processes gathered round the MCM,and some of them contacted with the capillary.The structure of the PCT was obviously different from the DCT's.There are electrondensed granules in the perilobular collecting tubule cell cyto- plasm. |
