摘    要:烷基化反应被认为是最有用的碳-碳键形成的反应之一.作者以光学纯的联二萘酚为原料经过与三氟甲烷磺酸酐成酯反应,与甲基格氏试剂发生偶联反应,经甲基保护酚羟基后溴代,最后与生物碱反应制备手性相转移催化剂.在二苯甲酮亚胺甘氨酸叔丁酯的不对称烷基化反应中,2mol%催化剂用量,获得较高的产率和27%的对映选择性.

Abstract:The alkylation reaction is of great importance in the formation of C-C bond.A new type of chiral phase-transfer catalysts has been synthesized starting from BINOL.Optically pure B1NOL was reacted with triflic anhydrine to yield the ester,which was coupled with methlmagnesium iodides.After protection of the alkoxy functions using Mci was was convened to the bromo derivative,and sequentially the reaction with cinchona alkaloid gave the phase-transfer catalysts.The application of the PTC(2 mol %) in the alkylation of N-(diphenylmethylene)glycine t-butyl ester gained good yields even up to 27%.
