| 摘 要： | 棉花湘远 A_(41)是一种新的无花粉型雄性不育系,其小孢子败育主要发生在减数分裂早前期,偶线期是败育的主要时期,它的败育与绒毡层细胞的不发育和小孢子母细胞透明带的不形成有关.湘远 A_(42)与湘远 A_(41)是同一败育类型的雄性不育系.

| Abstract: | The cotton Xiangyuan A_(41) is a new kind of male sterile line of unpollen type.Its microspore abortion takes place at the early prophase in the meiosis.Zygotene is the chief abortive phase.The microspore abortion is related to the rudiment of the tapetum cells and unformation of the pellucid band of the microspore mother cell.The Xi- angyuan A_(41) and A_(42) are of the same type. |
