论四川省城市化战略选择

大力推进城市化进程是四川社会经济发展的客观需要．在四川城市化战略中，应当大力培育大城市及特大城市的发展，建设以成都为一级中心，绵阳、南充、自贡（内江）为次级中心，以攀枝花、宜宾（泸州）、乐山、达州等城市为三级中心，及一批中小城市、小城镇为基础的城市体系．着力培育以成都为核心的成都城市群以及乐（山）-成（都）-绵（阳）、成（都）-内（江）-重（庆）、成（都）-遂（宁）-南（充）-达（州）等城市密集带．以城市密集带为纽带，以成都、绵阳、南充等重点区域中心城市为龙头带动四川区域经济的全面发展．树立效益观念，积极推行政策的普惠制，大力推进工业化进程，重视中小企业的发展，引导乡镇企业、民营企业向城市集聚，是推进四川城市化的关键举措．

On the Urbanization Strategy Of Sichuan Province

To speed up social and economic development of Sichuan Province,advancing urbanization is critical.This paper points out that there should be a fast development of the large cities in the urbanization strategy of Sichuan province,especially Chengdu,Mianyang,Nanchong and Neijiang(or Zigong).And in the urban system,Chengdu is the top-rank-city,and Mianyang,Nanchong,Neijiang(or Zigong) could be the sub-rank ones.Furthermore,the author points out that three City Agglomerations(Leshan-Chengdu-Mianyang,Chengdu-Chongqing and Chengdu-Nanchong-Dazhou) are very important to the regional development at the provincial level.Together with the sub-rank central cities,the three City Agglomerations could work well in the regional economic development.
