| 摘 要： | 以自然资源为基础的生态旅游作为一种促进可持续的旅游形式，应成为大多数旅游区的发展模式，金城山森林公园生态旅游资源丰富，类型齐全，具有较大的开发价值，本文通过对开发条件的分析，探讨了开发应遵循的原则和对策，强调开发与保护并举，以实现旅游业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | As an alternative form of tourism which is based on natural resources can promote the sustainable development, ecotourism should be the most popular development model. There are a great number of resources in the forest garden of Jincheng Mountain. The resources, including various types, have much developing value. According to analysing the developing conditions and functions, this article initially probes into the principles and measures that should be followed during the development,and emphasizes the integration of tourism exploitation and environment conservation, aiming to sustainable development of tourism sector. |
