RESEARCH ON PHILOSOPHICAL TENETS OF PHYTOTAXONOMY

On the basis of combining the philosophical theory of Marxism with phytotaxonomy, the objectivity of botanical taxonomy system and taxonomic categories are proved, the manifestation and the application of the three basic laws of materialist dialectics in botanical taxonomy and evolution of species are expounded. The authors advance clearly only under the guidance of Marxist philosophical thought and with the scientific methodology can we understand and study plants, the essential law of botanical taxonomy be revealed.
