| 摘 要： | 从经济、社会和资源环境3个领域分析济南市可持续发展的现状，根据城市可持续发展评价指标体系的构建原则建立反映济南市经济健康程度、社会和谐程度和资源环境支持能力的评价指标体系．通过AHP（层次分析法）确定各个单项指标和综合指标的权重，并利用信息熵进行修正，计算出1997--2006年济南市可持续发展的综合指数．最后根据评价结果，分析济南市可持续发展的变化趋势，并提出对策建议．
