地方高校思想政治理论课实践教学运行机制创新研究——以山东地区地方高校为例

山东地区地方学院思想政治理论课实践教学运行机制在基地建立、组织实施、经费保障、教师激励和学生考评机制等方面各具地方特色,但同时也存在教学资源严重缺乏、组织实施不统一、不协调、教学经费投入不足、教师激励欠缺、学生考核体系不完善等问题。因此,探索和构建一套科学、合理、可行的适合地方特色的高校思想政治理论课实践教学运行机制势在必行。

A Creative Research on the Practical Teaching and Management of Politics Course in Local Universities——exampled by the local universities in Shandong Province

The teaching and management of Politics Course in local universities of Shandong Province has its own features in the foundation of the base,organization,fund guarantee,motivation to the teachers and the evaluation system to the students.Meanwhile,it still has its disadvantages in the lack of teaching resources,the disordered organization,and the lack of teaching fund,the lack motivation to the teachers and the nonscientific evaluation system to the students.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a scientific,reasonable and suitable system for the teaching and management of Politics Course in local universities.
