New Interpretation on Yuan Shi- kai Regime's Corruption

Since the democratic basis was very deficient, when Chinese society transited from autocracy to democracy, the regime was a new authority doctrine regime. And but, this political system had tensions in inner structure, which would be changed into structure crisis leading to a regime＇s complete collapse because of the ruler＇s doing things in a perverse way. The analysis on the relationship between new doctrine regime and political factions and people, the interpretation on Yuan Shi - Kai regime＇ s corruption in view of tensions in inner political structure will provide a new explanation of cause of Yuan Shi Kai regime＇s corruption.
