| 摘 要： | 有偿新闻实质上是一种寻租行为,从宏观层面看根源有二：一是媒体从业者手中握有强势话语权;二是强势话语权寻租社会行为成本极低。治理有偿新闻应采取权力监控、加大寻租成本等措施。

| Abstract: | As the development of society,the payoff-aimed news appears and even causes the crisis of media ecology. Facing this, the experts and scholars offer many ideas.The authors of this article point out that the origin of this phenomina is essentially "the rent-seeking activity".Macroscopic ally speaking,there are two reasons: one is that the media workers possess forceful right to say, the other is that the cost of rent-seeking of right to say is extremely low nowadays. Accordingly, the article puts forward some operating measures to administrate the payoff-aimed journalism. |
