论建国初期陈云的科学决策思想

陈云是在实践中自觉运用科学决策理论的典范,是从实践中走出的决策科学家。梳理新中国成立后十几年间陈云的重大决策活动,分析总结其科学的决策思想,主要包括正确的决策原则（客观原则、预测原则、选优原则）,科学的决策方式（注重集体决策、将决策建立在科学分析的基础之上）,在决策实施过程中独特的对决策进行主动修正的科学思想。在当前我们党大力倡导改革和完善决策机制,推进决策科学化、民主化的形势下,深入研究陈云的决策活动,总结其决策经验,学习其决策方法,对于进一步提高领导水平和执政水平具有重要的启迪和借鉴意义。
