摘    要:建立和完善劳动关系协调机制,维系科学稳定的劳动关系,对深化企业制度改革,推动企业和谐发展具有重要意义。切实增强企业经营管理者和员工的法律意识,建立健全员工利益表达维护机制、价值引导机制、劳动争议调解机制、劳动关系监督和预警机制是企业劳动关系协调机制的重要内容,也是科学发展观的重要体现。

Abstract:Establishing and improving coordination mechanism of labor relationship,as well as maintaining scientific and stable labor relationship,is of great significance to the deepening reform,and harmonious development of enterprise.Effectively enhancing the legal awareness of enterprise managers and staffers,establishing a sound mechanism for employees to maintain the expression of interest,value-oriented mechanisms,labor dispute mediation mechanisms,monitoring and early warning systems of labor relationship is an important part of the coordination mechanism of enterprise labor relationship,and it is also an important manifestation of the scientific concept of development.
