| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校应从转变教育观念、优化专业结构和改革教育方案三个方面入手,构建培养高素质应用型人才的培养模式,在充分发挥课堂教学育人主渠道作用的同时,高度重视课外活动特有的育人功能。同时要正确处理好三个关系:面向地方与面向世界的关系;应用型人才与创新型人才的关系;知识与技能的关系。

| Abstract: | Local colleges should construct training patterns for applied talent with high qualities from the following three aspects:the transformation of educational conceptions;the optimization of speciality structure;and the reform of educational programs.Meanwhile they should properly handle three relationships:the relationship between facing the local place and facing the world;the relationship between applied talent and innovative talent;the relationship between knowledge and skills. |
