摘    要:目前,广电总局已经批复有线数字电视试点城市49个,遍及26个省(区/市)。2015年停止模拟电视的播出,广电网络作为数字电视传输的主要平台之一,为了适应今后的数字化、双向化、个性化、综合化发展的需求,为了最大保障现有有线电视运营商的利益,为了减少网络改造的投资,不破坏现有网络的结构,合理利用现有资源的情况下,我们提出了“三网合一”的传输网络的数字传输网络方案,包括从过渡型网络到接入网机房到数据网络最终解决方案,可以说是层层递进,即可以分步实施,也可以一步到位实现,具有较强的可操作性。

Abstract:At present,the broad electricity bureau already gave a written reply to a subordinate wired digital television experiment site city 49,spreads 26 provinces (area/city).in 2015 stops analog television's broadcasting, the broad electric network one which of main platforms transmits as the digital television,to adapt present's digitization,bidirectional,personalized,the integrated development demand,for biggest safeguard existing cable TV operator's benefit,to reduce the network transformation the investment,will not destroy the existing network the structure,in the reasonable use existing resources' situation,we proposed " three nets will unite" the transmission network's digital transmission network plan,including from the transition form network to the access network engine room to the data net the solution,may say finally will be layer upon layer progressives,namely may step by step implement,may also reach one's goal instantly realizes,has strongly Feasibility.
