| 摘 要： | 采用MMIC功率单片,提出一种Ku波段10W功率模块设计方案。使用电磁仿真软件ADS对模型进行辅助设计,对功率分配部分做了理论分析和试验结果的研究,并总结了相关经验,为微波放大模块设计提供了一定的技术借鉴。

| Abstract: | By using the MMIC of PA,a design scheme of Ku-band 10W power amplifier module was presented.The electromagnetism simulation software ADS was used and the technologies of power divider were studied in detail,which might be helpful for further application of microwave amplify module. |
