Pro/E参数化设计在斜齿轮建模中的应用

摘    要:渐开线斜齿轮在Pro/E环境下设计时有很多种方法,而参数化设计最精确,应用最广泛。在建模的过程中利用其内部开发程序创建齿顶圆、齿根圆、分度圆等几何参数与模数、齿数等基本参数的关系,以旋转、扫描混合、镜像及阵列等方法,得到了斜齿轮的实体模型即可以通过修改参数生成新的零件模型,避免复杂的尺寸计算和重新建模的过程,大大提高了设计效率。

Abstract:In Pro/E environment,there are many ways to design Involute helical gears,but the parametrization design is the most accurate way and to be widely used.The relationship between the geometric parameters(such as addendum circle,dedendum circle)and the basic parameters(such as modulus and the number of teeth)of involute helical gears is established by using the inner program.Input the gear width and the screw-angle as well the other basic parameters of involute helical gears,the accurate 3D solid model is obtained automatically.It avoids calculating complex dimensions and remodeling.At the same time the design efficiency is raised.
