| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是培养创新型人才的重要途径,在该模式下开展工科研究生教育不仅仅是增加一些实践环节,而应与工科研究生教育改革紧密结合。本文阐述了在产学研合作模式下,工科研究生培养目标,课程设置和学科结构,教学过程和方式,实践和动手能力,导师队伍建设,创新能力培养等方面的改革措施。

| Abstract: | The partnership of industry and university is an important approach to culture creative talents.Under this pattern,we develop engineering graduate education not only adding practice session,but also combining with reform measures of education.This paper briefly introduces reform measures of engineering graduate＇s cultivating aim,course setting,subject structure,teaching process and approaches,construction for teachers,and creative ability under the partnership of indusry and university. |
