| 摘 要： | 施工现场的安全管理，必须坚持“以人为本”的思想、“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针和“管生产必须管安全”的原则，以建立健全安全生产管理网络和安全生产管理制度为前提，配备专职及兼职安全检查人员，加强安全生产宣传教育，增强全员安全生产意识，着重安全隐患的排查与整改，正确处理与生产、质量、进度、效益之间的关系，使得生产活动得到安全有效的管理与控制。
