| 摘 要： | 随着新疆兵团社会经济的综合发展,为了可持续利用有限的水资源,新疆兵团水利信息化的建设显得尤为重要。介绍了地理信息系统在国内的发展、应用情况;阐述了新疆兵团水利信息化现状及存在的问题;分析了GIS地理信息系统技术在兵团水利信息化的应用趋势;尤其是提出了兵团水利信息在数据共享和开放、防洪减灾,水资源管理,水土保持和水利水电工程建设等方面的应用及发展趋势。

| Abstract: | With the comprehensive development of social economy in the Xinjiang Corps, the informatization of water conservancy is very important for sustainable use of limited water resources. This paper introduced the development and application of the geographic information system, expounded the present situation and problems of water conservancy informatization of Xinjiang Corps, and analyzed the application trend of GIS in the water conservancy informatization. It particularly discussed the open share, water resources management, flood control and disaster mitigation,soil and water conservation, and hydropower engineering construction in Xinjiang Corps. |
