| 摘 要： | 我国作为世界上的人口大国，人口问题一直是人们所关心的问题。然而，近些年来，部分调查数据却显示，我国的不孕不育现象增多，生育能力呈下降趋势。对此，本文从卫生法学的精神卫生因素、环境因素、卫生保健因素、生殖健康因素和职业病等角度详细探讨了我国生育能力下降的因素，并简单提出了几点相关建议。

| Abstract: | The population problem has always been attached much importance since China is the country with the largest population in the world.However,in recent years,according to some statistics,in China infertility increased while fertility declined.Based on the above,this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the factors leading to the decline of the fertility in China as well as puts forward some constructive suggestion mainly from the perspective of the health law,including mental health factors,environmental factors,and factors of health care,reproductive health and occupational diseases |
