| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料法和专家访谈法，对民族传统体育的特点和现状进行了阐述和分析，提出民族传统体育可持续发展的对策：加强民族传统体育科学研究，重视民族传统体育与学校体育的有机结合，促进民族传统体育与大众传媒的结合，形成以运动会为周期的竞训体制。
